We ship all orders out of our east coast based shipping fulfillment center 1-2 business days after your order is placed before 12PM PST (1PM MST) (2PM CST) (3PM EST). We offer three shipping options for all of our products.

$9.99 Priority Expedited Shipping: 3-4 Business Days

Business Days DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. Only Monday-Friday. For example if you order at 5PM on a Friday night your package will not start moving until Monday morning.

I Didn't Get an Email Confirming My Order?

Most likely you gave us your phone number instead of your email address. Or you misspelt your email. If you would like to add your email to the order please send us a request at support@kaliusa.com

How do I track my order?

Yes, After your order has been confirmed and shipped, we will send you an email/text with a tracking number for your order. In any rare cases, if you did not receive any email update from Kali Sunglasses, please send an email to our support team (support@kaliusa.com) wit your order number. We will do our best to make sure our customers received the best customer service.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

All USA customers can expect to have their purchase within 4-5  business days. However, if after this period you still have not received your item, then do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to resolve this issue. Please email us at support@kaliusa.com.

Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you. If for some reason your tracking link is not working or it is showing as delivered, please get in contact with either the courier or ourselves and we would be happy to find out what has happened

Returns

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased Kali Sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that appear heavily used more than trying on the pair once.

Furthermore, if your original glasses are unworn, we’re more than happy to exchange it for a model that’s more to your liking. Simply email us to arrange an exchange via support@kaliusa.com

Warranty

Kali Sunglasses warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, KALI SUNGLASSES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE; KALI SUNGLASSES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.
